They are both great Charles! But you already know I'm a big fan of your work Im really liking the way you put animals in your people paintings. Although they are not the center of attention they always contribute to the pieces with the perfect expression. You painting with the couple and little black and white dog had this same effect as well. I'm really liking it

Well I could make some comments but they would be constructive, so...

I'm interested in the poly you are using to put over top: What is the name, and doesn't brushing it on disturb the paint underneath?

I liked them both but the second version more. The first was a bit dramatic, the expression in the woman's face. Something about the man posture reminds me of Dracula, definitely a predator. The cat and lamp table bring it all down to earth.

I was not following this board when you originally posted.

You are the good observer Gary, it was all done in fun. It's very small but I'd like to get models and paint it much larger.
