Beautiful Mark. Thank you for doing the wip. It was lovely to watch your painting grow. I would love to know how you got that light feathery effect in the grasses near the building. Do you just get a lighter colour and put it on top, and then smudge it?

Thanks for your kind comments on my first WIP, with the trees I usually block in the light values first then work towards the darkest and with the grasses near the barn I lightly apply the pastel and very,very softly blend with my finger,Thanks Mark.
