Re: WDE 080808..Sunset

Thank You Shelly!!And for your kind words on my blog.

Mary so glad you noticed the lights. I thought they were so cute. My toothpick is getting such a workout. lol.

Maureen, had to chuckle that you thought it was pastel. Acrylics are a strange bird aren't they? Seems they can mimic just about anything. Thank you for noticing about the water blending..I had just learned to do that, so I worked hard on it.

Wendy, guess you just dated yourself as knowing smurf blue. hehe. Thank you also for the clarification about the threads.

Kor, thank you so much for your post. It was really what I needed to hear! I am just realizing we can take off in our own directions. I think I have been working so hard on learning techniques that I have forgotten to be my own artist. I needed to hear your words. hugs.

Debbie, thank you so much.

Reese, thank you for you props.

Pine Cone, Thank you for both compliments. The stillness of that water IS growing on me.

Chloe, Thank you. I love doing skies. I think I need to practise them more with these multiple types of colors. This was fun and I'd like to get better at it.

Everyone Have a Great Day.
