Hi everyone,

If you're into coloring your art using digital techniques, I wanted to let you know about a new book:

Hi-Fi Color for Comics: Digital Techniques for Professional Results

The book is written by Brian and Kristy Miller who run the firm Hi-Fi Colour Design who work with major comics and entertainment publishers including Marvel, DC, Lucasfilm and many others.

The book give step-by-step instruction and professional tips for coloring your work, along with a bonus CD-ROM of Photoshop plug-ins and actions that you can use to streamline your coloring work. It's also full of hundreds of dynamic examples of great full color work.

So if you're into coloring your art digitally you should definitely check out this book.

I got a chance to meet authors Brian and Kristy Miller at Book Expo a few days ago. They were signing copies of their book and they took some time to talk to me. They were super nice. We talked about our favorite Joss Whedon TV shows turned comics and they signed a copy of our IMPACT Free Comic Book Day Comic (I'm trying to collect signatures of all the artists featured in the comic).
