reference image library problem

I uploaded 8 pictures of water lilies to the garden section of landscapes; however, it shows an error in the keyword box. Took caption and thumb caption but can't search to find them. Pictures show under the garden list; they are named dscn0310 through dscn0319. I noticed that the other pictures are named Garden 1, Garden 2, etc. - but didn't know how to change the name of my upload. Please, someone give me feedback on why I couldn't fill out keywords and also if there is a nameing conventions for files.

The index has to be rebuilt before you can add keywords - the FAQ and HOWTO don't reflect tihs little tidbit.

It is rebuilt automatically each hour... In terms of naming convention - there is none.

Thanks Scott. I knew I was following the directions. I went in and assigned the key words of "garden water lily pink" and it worked! Thanks again
