You plant potatoes? We've never tried them. One summer awhile back when we visiting my sister and husband on Martha's Vineyard, my DH decided to help out our BIL by mowing the lawn. Gues what he mowed down....the potatoes..

Every one had a good laugh over that and the potatoes survived.
Now that we have seriously decreased the size of our garden, we don't grow peppers and tomatoes by seed anymore. We buy the plants, but all the squashes and cukes are by seed as well as beets and lettuce.
The poor robins are wandering around all over the place on top of our late snowstorm. I've tried to feed them raisins, but they don't seem interested.
The March sun is working it's magic.
