Here's where you post your final artwork for
The Third Annual Great WC! Holiday Portrait Swap!

Start contacting your partner and begin swaping your photos! Try to use a photo taken in natural light... such as window light. Please don't use photographs taken with a camera-mounted flash, as the lighting tends to be undesirable. Send your partner a JPEG (to his/her email address) image large enough to easily see details.

Click here For a list of the pairings.

Remember to post your partner's "member" name and their original
reference photo (if they’ve given you permission to do so) along with your finished portrait of them.

Post your final artwork at a size of aproximately 500X600 pixels.

Also, if you'd like to post progress images, go for it!

PM or Email your partner when you're finished to arrange your actual "Physical" portrait swap at your own personal conveniences.

This thread will be open for posting until December 1st.

Well..I've already recieved a photo from Deahna...while I've not even taken my lens cap off yet let alone un-wrapped the canvas.
Still...I was a slow starter last year and that turned out more or less OK.

Well I doubt my portrait nor my reference will become valuable. I'm still waiting to hear from my partner. I sent her the MOST gorgeous photo to paint from!! Now if she can stand to look at it long enough to paint it...............

Mark, Midge will post your ref with her painting so that they remain in context. Besides, now that you have given Midge your photo, you have given up all rights to your identity.

Joel thanks for all your time and troubles but what have you got me into, there are some awesome painters here and if my photo doesn't turn out can I substitute some one else's face
(with their permission of course LOL )
