Thank you, Linda! I'm glad you're having such a wonderful time with your group-- and I hope as many of the paintings get posted for the rest of us to see as you'all can manage.

I just got back from the airport where I picked up my daughters, who had been in New York visiting their grandparents. It's great to get them back home, and as a bonus, they bought me a beautiful book when they visited the Met-- "Childe Hassam, American Impressionist". My cup runneth over! I asked them how they knew I loved his work, and they said they didn't, but the word "impressionist" made them figure I would like it. I guess they've got me figured out.

Whatever I don't sell, I'll try to post, but they will stay there until after the sale. I'm taking the frames there on Thursday. Watch next week one day to see a couple. Wouldn't it be nice if I had none to show?

WOW! Way to go! I wish I had time to go on a painting trip like this, I'm jealous.

I think "Creek at Lost Maples" is the most successful in capturing the light, and I like the last one of the spring for the colors and almost-abstractness of it.

I learned so much from your trip... and how you saw all your paintings vs. how we saw them all...
