Smile this morning . . . .

for a few minutes this morning, here in the northeast, the leftovers of autumn mixed with the light on the promise of spring ! of course, it didn't last as long as one would like. . . .but soon it will improve.

i walked down a nearby fisherman's lane, this is my expression of that experience.

perspective seems a bit off on the water (leans downward), but the color and presentation are super. Looks like a beautiful spring day and those are always appreciated more when one is outside.

Isn't it wonderful when you can look at a painting and feel the scene before you. That's what you capture with plein air!

That downhill look can be fixed by making the light reflections on the water...horizontal. Water lies flat.
