Hi everyone. I am having trouble changing my avatar. I have the size right, it's a gif and the msg says, "Unable to save your avatar. Any suggestions please?

Works fine for me. I just changed it to check it worked, now I can't find my old one! duh!!!!

Try jpg format, that's what mine is that just worked.

Yes, I did try the jpg. I picked my cat from the stock photos, that worked but now I cant put back the one I originally had up.

Internet Explorer is not very WC friendly, it doesn't work at all for chat...

TeAnne... good to see you ... it's been ages. Sorry you are having troubles and hope it works next time you try.
My Aussie family moved back to Canada so I guess I don't get to visit there so often any more.

i have had the same problem. i have had more problems with my account i had to make a new account. 1. i wrote and wrote to them about the problem, never got an answer. no one bothered to fix the problem. So i made a new account. things were working fine. Jon sends me a message telling me i cant h ave two accounts..lol I told him about the problem told them to delete my old account i'll just keep this one.. lol now i be dern i cant load a avatar pict..lol ok im waiting on the other problems to come back.. if they persist i will leave WC and never look back!

Unfortunately the avatar uploader gives problems from time to time.

I joined the site on Thursday and am unable to upload any Pic or Avatar, Yorky is it still playing up??
