I don't know what that is but it sounds unethical if it means taking someone's email address without permission. I don't think that would be effective anyway. I use StatCounter to view the time people spend on my site and, unfortunately, a large portion of those who come to my site stay 30 seconds or less. That means they probably stumbled there by accident and, sadly, were not interested enough in what they saw to hang around. Getting email addresses from these people who are obviously not interested in what's on my site would be pointless.
