On the subject of privacy on the internet:There was a girl on here that absolutely would not give her first name. But she had a link to her blog that had her full name and city. I got a big laugh out of that.

Nothing here but cleaning walls. Not fun at all. Still too hot to workoutside here.

THe little black cat is definately a male. I am so glad. Tombo let me rub him this morning when he was eating.

will just wave to everyone today.I have one more section of wall in the bathroom to finish so I can get myself in the nice clean tub.

Well done Jana, and don't worry about the driving, like most things it just takes practice, you have a good brother!

We just picked up the Boy and went out to buy just one more shovel uh spade (I have been told the difference ) Also went to Subway for lunch, the Boy (almost 13) has eyes that are bigger than he stomach insisted he was hungry enough for a 12" meatball, but only ate half, (it was too hot however that did not stop him from eating the first half

Good evening. At least that is what it is here in Michigan. Supper has been had on our CLEAN deck. We powerwashed it today and also set up a new umbrella, adding to the two others we have. Now we have shade almost all across the deck.

I haven't been around lately, I know. We had company and I have had some doctor's appointments. I have peeked in from time to time, although I have not kept up each day with the wash.

I have been working a bit on my peony painting and it is coming along. I have started the dreaded background but think it will work out. Time will tell. I have had a lot of fun with the flowers.

Last Sunday our daughter called and invited us on a rail trail walk with the dog and another friend. We found a new county park that I didn't know about. Beautiful old trees, lots of wild flowers and ferns. I could take my Amigo through it as the trails were well groomed and partially paved. I had a great time and want to go back as it is a big area and we only saw part of it. Not far from where we live and close to our daughter.

Our granddaughter is spending the next two weeks with her other grandparents in the south. Flew down on Saturday. They got her a phone before she left so that she can text. She is nine.

Tomorrow we are going to the Farmer's Market for fresh veggies. Probably our for coffee and a bagel afterwards.
