I don't know the exact formula for determining reflections...maybe someone else will be able to help. But I like the soft, earthy colour harmony.

the coloring and rendering work great for me .. the only little nit I have is that the composition takes me out to the little island but then leaves me there. Perhaps some color forms in the sky to lead one back into the painting and loop.

Hi Islandpal,
Very nice work. wonderful hues and form in the rocks. There may be some reflection on a bright day but the light seems subdued so best left as is. Well done.
