Lightbulb Re: Project Discussion: Dogs, Dogs, And More Dogs!

This is something I just did from an old "how-to" book on painting dogs. The author didn't provide enough painting instruction, so I had a teacher help me out a little.

Cindy. A study in pastels

What a lovely painting of a Cairn. I have a Cairn who is 16 the end of this month. This painting has caught the typical Cairn expression.

Re: Project Discussion: Dogs, Dogs, And More Dogs!

I wasn't sure this is the right place to post this. I'm a glass artist who specializes in sculpting miniature portraits of dog heads from molten glass. I was just featured by www.beadingtimes.com as their "Artist of the Month."

This is a picture of one of my favorite pieces. The glass dog is approximately 1" tall.
