In addition to the instructions on the post Rosemarie just gave you, one of the "rules" is that you need to submit at least two non-image posts before you can submit an image. I see you are at "3" now, so if you couldn't before, you should be able to now. Just remember that your image cannot be more than 800 pixels on a side. I think the site will resize it if you don't, but I always do it first. Just in case it's feeling glitchy (which it frequently does).
