I haven't posted here in ages (years) ... I just had a hankering (love that word ... been waiting for a time to use it) to post here . My newest acrylic on canvas ... 18"x24"

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh my!!! Let me be the first to say THIS IS FANTASTIC! I just love the colour, the composition, the vibrancy. It really makes me open my eyes! I love it! Thanks for posting.

I use brushes ... and basically a lot of control.

I've noticed over the years that because in this way of painting, I have to be careful and it seems my breathing becomes very controlled that it leads to a real calm 'centred' feeling and state of mind after painting for a while.


This is basically like a yoga breathing.
