I Too, Am Stepping Down
I actually should have done this a long time ago. I have been so busy this year. After loosing my job a year ago I went back to school. I am completing a school counselor program. In the fall I will doing my internship and have begun the job search process. This all has left me with very little time. I feel I should pass the torch on to someone who would be able to do a better job.
Thank you all for all the support along the way. I'll still be a part of WC for sure, I just can not commit to the time needed to be a mod.

Trish, It's weird how you and I are both back to school with internships coming up. I know your program has been crazier than mine up until now, but next year we will both be treading water. Hope your own kids will remember what you look like! You will be such an awesome counselor and how fun it would be to work at the same school. Too bad we are many states away.

Trish, best of luck in completing your school counseling program. You will impact many lives in a positive manner with the career you are choosing. Well done!
Doug, the forum runs smoothly. It seems like the biggest problem is when two daily threads get started on the same day and Maggie gets the pleasure of merging them. So, no, we really don't have problems.  It's a pleasant place to be where everyone seems to get along and play nice.

Doug, One of the reasons I didn't suggest any replacements is because everyone is so busy. I have tried to recruit in the past with mixed results. Dilly is here as guide still so maybe she'll have some suggestions for you. This area has been running very smoothly for the past couple of years. Once in awhile there is a thread that should be in a different area and as Beth said, threads that need merging. Other than that, easy peasy. Wonderful group of people who behave well!

Trish, thanks for all that you've done for us and drop in anytime....you will be missed. It's funny that you and Maggie seem to be on parallel paths. All the kiddos that you two are going to have a great influence on are so fortunate that you've both decided to do this.

Thanks you all!! I swear WC has the best group of people ever!!! I'll still be here now and then. I am still making beads here and there. I just can't get here every day like I should. It has been a hard year and I should have stepped down months ago. You all are the best!!!
