The fur texture is just so rich, just feels like one could reach out and touch it. I especially admire this piece because that richness was achieved in watercolour!

How beautiful, and such a large piece. The sharp edges around the cat work well. When I paint in workshops the instructors are always telling me not to have my subject so sharply outlined. I'm not sure why, as this couldn't be better!
