On the Gridiron...

My apologies if I posted this one previously. This is from December. 8 1/2 x 11 inches, on cardstock. Multiliner SP 003, 005, 01...

I can hear him!

His expression is captured perfectly and is full of action.

This is a fine art quality work- frame it and sell it- this is really great!

Re: On the Gridiron...

Thank you both for the kind words!

Birdhs, it never occurred to me to try selling any of these--they are such personal pieces I wodn't think anyone would be interested... I am, however, open to suggestions if anyone would care to school me in the ways of selling one's art ...

Very likeable piece, Miller. That's a good size portrait, and I agree with birdhs that you could sell it.

Very nice piece--and I agree, I can almost hear him. Love the action and the life of the piece and it also draws and holds my interest even though I have absolutely no interest in football otherwise just beautiful!

Re: On the Gridiron...

Very appealing style. lots of raw emotion and intense energy in the figure, without being stiff. Would love to see a more up close of the line detail.....
It's the kind of work that makes me wanna see it in person.
I agree, you could sell this.......or others in this similar style. Interesting that you picked a pose that wasn't in high action.......I like this. Do you have others like this?

DKK, thanks for the comments--I have posted a few other similar pie get youces on here, but I've got several others in this vein I haven't put up yet. I'll get on my big PC later and see if I can get you a shot with some detail...

Thanks everyone for the kind words!
