Japonaise - I will gladly share which materials I use. I use La Carte as a sanded support for the majority of my work and a mix of soft pastel sticks and pastel pencil. The pastel sticks are predominantly Daler Rowney and Unison. The pastel pencils are Daler Rowney, Derwent, Faber-Castell and some Cretacolor. Fixative is never used on my paintings and as I blend a fair amount and do not employ an underpainting either, the paintings don't tend to suffer from pastel powder drop.
