Hi Marty, they certainly did. The painting was posted off this afternoon to a man whoes father was there. Hope he likes it.
I had 8 paintings in the Easter art exhibition at North Berwick which I usually enter. I sold 5, things are looking up!.

Before cutting 'Nothern Wave off the board, there was a 3" strip along the top.
Being a 'tight fisted' Scot I couldn't let it go to waste, so I did this one.
An Avro Anson of Coastal Command 'Buzzes' a Wave Class Trawler. Not a very healthy thing to do in WW2 as crews of ships tended to 'shoot first and ask questions later'
