My first real shot at watercolors...

Hi Water media folks ! I usually hang in Pastels and Oils, but I just took the first watercolor class online, I learned a lot, so I thought I would attempt a couple of paintings. CC welcome, I do not really know how watercolors work...
8 x 10, Bristol paper (I know, it is all I had!)

WOW Judy!!! Only if my first two could've looked even half this wonderful...these are very well done. You certainly know your values and your vivid hues and get your point across in a most pleasing way. Bravo!!!

Thanks, Kay and Jay...I really don't know where it will lead, I still love my oils and pastels! But this medium is easier to take out and put away...and travel with.
