rolling stamp

Anyone have any experience with making a rolling stamp. Have an idea but haven't a clue as to how to go about it.

Hint: Most of my Google searches are done via the 'image' search method. If the image matches what I am looking for, I open the image and then its webpage. Hope this will help.
