WDE 27 04 12 Fishguard Boats
Well the wettest April ever so stay in and paint so i did started this on Sun and yesterday, watercolour on gessoed mountboard 24x16 painting size 18x12,not too happy with the houses and the cars always find them hard to do,never mind persevere and see, wondering now if i should have used a portrait format and had a vertical painting instead of a landscape horizontal painting, then i could have less houses and more boats
hopefully a better photo.

Nice watercolor, Guilli. Your houses look so neat and even.

it is a lovely interpretation and the introduction of the cars gives that double-edge 'transport' theme.

I love your watercolours on gesso Guilli. Great effect - I like this very much.
Good excuse to stay in and paint - and good to have so much rain - unlike us here. At least there is still enough to wash brushes, heh.

Very nice! Great job on the perspective, the cars add even more to the depth of the painting. Never tried wc on gesso, might do it to see what happens. I like it!!! Kurlie 8-)

This looks great Guilli.
I saw the awful floods in England on tv - it looked horrendous! Hope you're safe where you live.
