Re: Leopard WIP
Wow, it's impressive! I can see why you like the photo, the angle and graceful curve as he basks in the sun. Having just started WC myself and how difficult I find it, I admire your patience and talent. I did a kitty, too, and it was only part of a larger pic, and the fur, nowhere near as detailed as yours--drove me nuts even at that level.
Yours is stunning
ever the fan

Re: Leopard WIP
Once again you blow it out of the water! Wonderful and non conventional perspective like you've accidentally walked right up on him! Awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for posting the progression!

Re: Leopard WIP
First off...thank you everybody who followed along with your encouragement...
A big jump here to completion. I had to push over the last couple of days to complete it. Other things on the horizon....
I wanted a sort of Renaissance portrait background rather than a natural setting...I know it must to seem weird to some of you, but that is how I saw it...
Here is his "Spotted Elegance" taking his ease...

Re: Leopard WIP
I must say that I absolutely adore the background setting, 'she' looks beautiful against it. Superb work!

Re: Leopard WIP - finished
It's just spectacular, plain and simple, unusual perspective and angle really makes it special, so natural
