When I was reading your lead in I thought I was going to see a particularly average Urban scene and I felt empathy for you BUT when I scrolled down and saw your piece I was gobsmacked!!  WOW!! I think all of the comments so far have been spot on but I would also add that it has a very distinctive style and feel to it.
I applaud your courage in tackling a new subject matter especially for a show and if it were mine I would be extremely proud to show it .
BRAVO!
