Created for an exhibition on water. First attempt at a mermaid, lots of fun:)

It would be much easier to comment on this picture if you posted it within the size limits asked for.
After I had minmised it I was able to see it in its entirety.
I would suggest that you look at the Figure and the Portrait forums to get some ideas
on how to tackle the drawing and painting of figures. The profile especially needs correction ---
slope of forehead, placement and size of nose, chin in relation to mouth.
As you are painting in acrylics on canvas these should be relatively easy to correct.
This is a very pleasant concept and I like your colours in general --- so, in my opinion,
you should try to deal with these.

yes, agree with dg ... even to take an image of your own face/profile would help you a lot ...
i offer a visual to aid you in understanding a profile of a woman's face and to help with corrections ...
