Oh! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this thread. This is lovely!
I love the irregular border, the flowing design, color gradations, the variety of tiny to large bits, the bold color scheme. And the texture... oh the texture!
Very interesting. Makes me look and look. :-)

So glad Nelson, popped this one back up. Missed it the first time around and it is a gem of a fibre painting! Hope you've been continuing in this vein!

I don't usually like fiber works, but this one is particularly good. I say keep working on these.. I don't know how you made it, but I would imagine it would change the way it looks if moved to canvas..

Hi desrat - good to see you here again! I decided to keep it as a work in it's own right. Glad you like it.

Thank you all for your lovely comments. I have created a couple more, I posted one of them. There was a mix of machine stitches, hand stitching, glue and beads. A bit of paint too.
