Veronica, this is very nice! It has been a while since you've been around! This is very soft looking. You didn't ask for a critique, so I hope I don't offend you. Just a suggestion....

Just some "kissing" edgesI noticed. I've circled them. I hope you don't mind. I certainly wouldn't expect you to do this over, but just for future reference.

I think if you could move some of these objects just a bit forward or back, it would give your painting much more depth. I'm no expert, of course, but it's one of the things I look for when I'm laying out my painting, and as I'm painting. Your work always has such a unique quality to it. I could recognize your style anywhere! Just my two cents worth.

Glad that your painting again. Lots of things for my to wander over and look, and you do a great job on symmetry on your glasses. Hope you keep painting and posting, I enjoyed this

That knife looks like it is going to fall off the table.
The heavy end of the handle is over the edge.
This can happen when you let yourself get out of practice.
I hope you will show us an update.
