Not for that purpoise, Kenny.....Michael is right, I did have my shared part of sleep deprivations and aaall that comes with three boys.....but a little baby girl could be sooo nice....bad idea.

Lu, I love babies, too, although I wouldn't want one of my own now
My eldest daughter is desperate to have a child , but she's decided to wait for at least another year. She and her boyfriend look after his four year old son at weekends and she's finding out that there's a lot involved with having a child around
No royal jelly behind this little guy's ear, Kenny, he's not related, although my daughter is his adopted "Aunt".

I wasn't going to post this for a while, until I'd done a bit more, but decided to go ahead and post it now.
I haven't worked on this for ages, but here's an update on how he is after I've worked on him for a few hours this week. I haven't decided yet just how dark to go with his oversized cap. It's really dark in the ref, but I may make it lighter........decisions decisions..........

I almost did, Kenny I did the visor very dark, then started the (our) left side of the cap and wasn't sure how dark to go, so I stopped. I may keep it more to the shading of the right side, so that it's slightly darker than mid tones, but not too dark for his little face.

Jan it`s looking so adorable......I can`t give you any helpful comment becasue I have not drawn any baby and it seems to me that you have hugely improved on babies...

I'm with Kenny about the darks .. you can always go darker later once you have the entire drawing nearly finished ... but it's not so hard to lighten things.

Hi Lu, thanks. Leon is about 5 months old in this picture. He's 10 months old now and looks like a proper little boy.......with lots of teeth in that little mouth!! !
Hi Ken, I've lightened up the cap a bit more today, but I think I may leave the visor dark............and he hasn't got my nose!!!
I agree Kenny, noses are hard! I've really struggled with Leon's little nose as I've changed the light source a little and it's taken a while to get it to look right

I worked on him for a couple of hours this afternoon. I've added more shading to his face, although it doesn't show too well in this update. I lightened the cap and I'm quite happy with how it's looking now. So mainly it's just his t-shirt still to do.
