Hey, I am slowing down this week and probably won't do much drawing next week at all. wantin to get back to painting and maybe these two sketches can be the basis of a painting. done from photos on sketch paper, graphite. coments and criticisms welcomed.

Hey Wanda . I Like the second mostly its got a really nice feel to it ... your horse is out as far as proportionality , but they are not the easyist things to draw from life or not --we have a flayed one at school I really want to draw from one day , not boring human skulls ....good luck with the painting look forward to seeing it ...

I had vertigo once and ended up in hospital I can't imagine how you can draw and paint with your head reeling all the time got to admire your determination maybe you are one stubborn woman ! You will work it out kudos to you for your persistence.

If you going to paint the horse drawing check out Leonardo's and other Renaissance artist's drawings of horses, they knew how to make a horse interesting. Sophie is coming along well.

Hey Bethany, me too, ha. I am hoping this dizzy spell will end soon. Hey Bill, I have been in the hospital several times this past year but not for vertigo, this is a new treat. I will check out Da Vinci, he's the big man for me.

Nice drawings, Wanda. Love the modeling of the face on the second one. The horse drawing's nice too. I have full appreciation for the old masters. They had to learn to draw animals from life, unlike us that can freeze them in time via photographs. I think, that may be why they became great observers!

Hey Kiran, I love all animals, especially horses, I used to breed and ride them but my last horses went several years ago so now i just draw them. Carol, glad I pleased with Sophie, such a fine model!
