Thank you everyone for all of your wonderfully supportive comments. I wish I could respond individually with them, but time and energy doesn't allow me to. I thoroughly appreciate the pm's you sent and the prayers that you have brought to God on my behalf, though, and knowing that there are people cheering me on.

I got the high definition digital picture from the local graphics guru, so I am going to post it here for you to see. I still need to get paper prints made locally, but for now, its nice to have a website for people to buy them at on demand.

I had my first bout with the new chemo regimine today- I will get weekly chemo now. Hopefully, I wil do well. I am very tired, though, and slept through the entire 4 hours that it infused.

I am working on another pic... soon will be able to share it with you, too.

Oh, I almost forgot, if you havent watched the start to finish WIP on youtube, please check it. There are a few slides in the beginning that explains the inspiration behind this piece, and then some lovely, soothing music plays in the background as you watch the transformation take place. Yes, earlier this year I did do a picture, "In His Hands". I don't usually do faces, so these last two drawings definitly have been breaking me out of my comfort zone!

I agree with the others. It is a very beautiful and emotional work. I hope that you will be feeling better. Cancer is such an ugly disease, which took my father about 7 months ago. You seem very strong in faith and will, so I wish you well and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you, Kim. I am glad you like this piece. And thank you for your well-wishes, too. Right now I am writing this from my hospital bed... I ended up admitted yesterday because of uncontrollable pain and inability to hold my food down. Stomach cancer is not easy. Still, I have been blessed with many very wonderful nurses and kind friends who have been pampering me through the misery, for which I am truly grateful.
