Daily #83... no I didn't fall off the face of the earth

... it's gardening season! I've been putting in a patio and building planting beds and babysitting sourdough starter. Sourdough starter is sort of like having rabbits... feed it and it multiplies, so I've been making all kinds of things - did you know you can make sourdough pie crust! No kidding.
anyway, here's today's little ditty.... you might recognize the horse and rider as the same ones in an earlier painting.. I've made changes of course, and tried for better shadow colors and more energetic brushstrokes...
another little one.. 5x7.. last one (really!) for the fundraiser. I was supposed to donate three, but I'm giving them either 9 or 10.

Great to see a new painting by you, Deb! Wow, you're donating nine or ten paintings to the fundraiser? That's so very generous of you. What a wonderful way to share your painting talents.

This is so beautiful! As always, your sense of light is dramatic and striking. Great textures in this, too. Well done!

Deb.. A grand painting the first time.. and ditto this time. Your excellent play of color and value always intrigues.

Love the light in this piece. That not-sunlight reflected blue always fascinates me!

Sourdough starter will take over your life if you're not careful
