Re: Started my first Airbrush Piece.

Yea, Airscapes what you said is true about getting it finished and outcomes. But i just dont think i could finish a part without seeing how it relates to the rest. Or at least it would be hard to.
For me "finishing one part" means like finishing the say.... eyelashes, or the nose, or the lips. It would be super hard to do like half of the lips complete then go back and do the other half... well impossible for me anyway.
But, hey, whatever gets the job done is cool.

Re: Started my first Airbrush Piece.

It works well for me so I'll stick with it. It's not hard to match tones with this method. I do go back and do passes over areas I've already worked on so that I can build up the piece properly.

Sorry for the weak-ass update. Started a new job that's got me working 6-2 p.m. unloading trucks. Trying to figure out how to come home and still have energy to paint. Anyone have any ideas?

Figured that while I let my compressor rest for a bit, I would let you all know that I'm back at it! Mid layer of white right now.

This is really neat watching this. You could make a time lapse video dealie out of these progress shots. Hope things are going well.

Re: Started my first Airbrush Piece.

Oh man, I didn't realise anyone actually wanted me to finish the piece. I'll get to working on it once my Dad's portrait is done.
