HIGH quality/ non toxic materials for kids

I'm looking for HIGH quality/ non toxic and eco-friendly (optional) art materials for budding young artists.

So far I am looking at Lyra pencil crayons, and stockmar bees wax crayons. (Both are German)

Any other suggestions? Price is not as much a consideration...

I would love a suggestion for non toxic Acrylic paint.
Or high quality tempra- (is that possible?)

Also better, but safe markers than crayola?

It seems kids supplies are usually low quality, I am looking for high quality alternatives... Any suggestions for ANY and EVERY kind of art material is welcome!
