Untitled #18

Here is another one. This one I worked on all day today! It's 18" x 24" with acrylic. I suck at taking good photos of my painting. The photos never show any of the detail at all.

I find there to be a nice color harmony in this piece. Did you use a limited color palette to mix these 5 basic colors?

Thanks everyone! I used I think raw umber, cadmium red medium, Titanium White, and I can't remember what the green was, but I mixed a little gold in it.

Well done. I like the location of the focal point, the balance of values, the complimentary red and green, and the earthy opaque colours that unify it. Regarding emotional connection, it has comfortable den colours.

Colour is really nice- feels soft and luxurious. The division of space also works well
