Re: Show Me Your Pallette - Please

Wilf, what a wonderful project! This thread is fun already... I hope you get 120 images!

I had started cleaning up this mess at the end of class on Tuesday... I didn't get it totally wiped out, though, so here it is...

In its cleaner state...

Hi UNK . . . . Are there prizes; one for the cleanest and one for the messiest?
This comes to you from the woman who washes her erasers! Do I win for the cleanest?

Here's mine. A gutted Cotman Painting Plus palette replaced with my own colors and a ceramic slanted mixing area. Orange County, California, USA.

Re: Show Me Your Pallette - Please

Once again thanks to the latest batch of you who sent in pallette pictures.
They all look well used and like absolute fonts of creativity. It's a fun project for me - and delightful to see all those pristene, messy, well used pallettes featuring tube paint squeezed and pan paints scrubbed. I'm looking forward to later when I get down to doing the layout - it will be rather like tackling a jigsaw puzzle or like the Jasper Johns painting of America

Thanks again - keep 'em coming.
