Smile A little flash game to test how accurately you judge hue and chroma

I think you need a decent monitor for this to work. It's also timed, which is what makes it difficult. You have to be pretty fast to get a good score...

You're supposed to match the two colors in the middle as fast as possible. To do that you move your mouse pointer around the big circle. As soon as you find your match, left click.

Ah, this took me a while to figure out because I can only see the top left most colour - the green area. You only ever had to match one colour really because the rest are coordinated around the circle for the two, three and four colour swatch tests. I like it but will have to find a computer that renders it properly. (which it doesn't do on a brand new MacBook Pro, so that's odd)

cool.
I got 9, 9, 9, 7, 6, 5. The last two it took me a while to figure out which colour my cursor was moving along so was slower for the first couple. Average of 7.5.

8.2 on second try.

Hey this is cool. I got a 6. Had high scores and then in one or two areas got a 1 - obviously didn't know what I was doing. I think I will try this when I am sober. See how alcohol affects color perception (at the moment I have the common sense to know better than painting, but I thought the computer would be ok. Obviously not).

JUst asked my husband. He got a 7.2! Wow.
