Eggs & Enamel

A Second Study of eggs- a fave of mine to paint. Gathered from the yard, in a blue enamel bowl, sitting on Grandma's Green Enamel table. Digitally painted. In style of Oils on Canvas. Woking size appx 2000x3000 pxls at 250 ppi resolution. (Just a note- I Do Not do photomaniplation. This is painted from scratch using ArtRagePro software on my Toshiba laptop)

Re: Eggs & Enamel

Skylar...I know you do it all yourself...but you chose the one thing we all know to have a perfect surface...not a bump in sight on an egg!!! So you either need to put bumps in all of them or have a very steady hand for the one sitting on your Grandma's table....also...a couple of your transitions need to be finer...but Overall....you've done a very good job! I like it a lot!

Re: Eggs & Enamel

This is great! It didn't even occur to me that it was digital. One thing I am feeling is that I can relate to, almost grab on to the eggs and bowl, however the background feels like it needs a bit definition and closer observation so that tactile relate-able quality can be felt throughout.
All of your comments and criticisms are deeply appreciated, I've learned a lot from the feedback!
