Foamy Uplift
20 by 16 oil on canvas. I wanted to see if I could do without strong value contrasts, rocks, etc. Jut a wall of foamy water. I include a photo that I very loosely used for this painting. Please do tell if it needs something to make composition work better and thank you for looking.

That's gorgeous work! Wonderful detail on the foam patterns and your color is spot on. Very nice! I don't see anything that would need adjusting at all.

Alex this is awesome! The spray and top of the break were done extremely well, as was the lacy foam. Your choice of colors are good because the wave is close to the shore. It shows great energy and movement.

A very nice interpretation of the photo.

Jay, thanks for pointing this S shape out. Yes, this foam trail is suppose to be the lead in but I better make it less obvious.
