Hi,
A few more orchid pics from Bangkok airport.
Orchids are so plentiful in Thailand they even put them in the public loo areas. Had to be careful taking these pics, boy was I getting some funny looks

Amazing orchid photos! I just saved 30 of them to paint. I definitely know which flower I'll be doing next (working on some hibiscus and then roses).

Found a few more Canna's yesterday, thought they were finished but there still seems to be a few pockets of them around the place.

Of course the light frothy ones are stunning but my favourite orchids are the brown and green ones from the Ban Pae Shop. They have such amazing markings like a giraffe.

Thank you so very much for these wonderful pictures and the close-up details. It is so important to know about the construction of a flower before painting it.

Thanks all, I'm happy you like and that some of you are using these images.
Margaretta, I agree I like the green ones as well especially the lime green petal ones which to me, it seems to be unusual to see green flowers.

It appears I've lost track of what I have and haven't sent from Thailand, so I'll send some other not so exotic locals until I sort that out
