Deanna, this is gorgeous. Beautiful light. You might want to post it in the plein air forum, they have many hints on how to set up for the light, like palette and canvas/board in the shade. Keep up the plein air!

This is beautiful. Way to go girl on your first plein aire!! I love the palette, gives it a haunting feeling, but in a calming way, not a spooky way.
