Ain't Misbehavin'

In my Palette Talk thread "They're Back" I introduced this latest animation based in my 2005 watercolour "Moonlight Frolic" (14"x 21").

So here we are down at the pond at midnight. Hope you brought along your dancing shoes and partners 'cause we're ready to rock !!!!!

Here are the lyrics again. You'll want to sing along ....

No one to talk with
All by myself
No one to walk with
But I'm happy on the shelf
Ain't misbehavin'
I'm savin' my love for you
I know for certain
The one I love
I'm through with flirtin'
It's just you I'm thinkin' of
Ain't misbehavin'
I'm savin' my love for you

Like Jack Horner
In the corner
Don't go nowhere
What do I care?
Your kisses are worth waitin' for
Believe me

I don't stay out late
Don't care to go
I'm home about eight
Just me and my radio
Ain't misbehavin'
I'm savin' my love for you.

Click on the YouTube symbol and then go full-screen high definition (720p) using the settings in the bottom right corner. Also use ear-buds for best sound.

Hope you enjoy it!

Brian Brian Brian, You've turned a very mediocre day into a toe tappin bunch of smile. Very cool, and the couple needs to get a room, can I say that?

Re: Ain't Misbehavin'

Char -- Thank you. I must admit Dancing with the Stars provided some inspiration ... and maybe a move or two.

Uschi -- Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it and noticed the eye movements. There are lots of subtle movements (especially with the piano player) that will probably go unnoticed because they are a natural part of body language. Their absence would be noticed. I noticed ... and that led me to putting them in.

Katherine -- Thank you for the compliments.

Darla and Lyn -- Thanks for all the clappies. Glad you enjoyed it.

Sharon -- Thank you. And I'll pass the compliment along to Dana.

Ricky -- Glad you found it fun. Thanks.

Mike -- You got the picture. I think he has a secret pad on the side ... a lily pad.

Margarete -- Happy to hear about the smiles. I was grinning through the whole production process. Of course the song is still stuck in my head. I've heard it so many times now.
BTW there will be more ... but in the meantime you can always watch it again.

Did anyone sing along as I suggested?

BrianB

Re: Ain't Misbehavin'

Pat -- Thank you. Don't know how you resisted singing. The mad "Daddy" frog was supposed to be the wife ... but your interpretation works too. Guess I should have made her eye-lashes more prominent.

Brian -- Glad you enjoyed it. Good to see you.

Tamy -- Thanks for the clappies. Glad you enjoyed it.
