First finishes

Hi folks, have been lurking a long while, going to take an opportunity to post three pics here, as an exercise in 'I will in fact tell people I'm painting and take what comes back at me'...a tad scared. Anyway, I started in Sept, here are three that I consider finished. Acrylic. 20x20 each. Thoughts welcome. Hmm...for future reference, should I have resized those smaller? Thanks Gail

Re: First finishes

The sizes show up well on my screen.
I quite like all three of these but I find the third one especially appealing, love the textures and colors.
Well done!

Re: First finishes

Thanks. Appreciate that. The plant doesn't have texture, but the other two do. REALLY enjoying putting a layer of texture underneath pieces...so it mostly all the time now. The third is my favorite as well. The texture really came into play there.

Re: First finishes

These look great! I especially like the cloudy skies in your second painting.
