I've spent the last while browsing through recent posts. Seems I haven't been here for a very long time. So, I thought I'd share a recent piece. Thanks for taking the time to look.
This piece began as a stretched canvas with acrylic painting layered with gel medium applied tissue paper and then photographed with a cut out bird positioned on top that had been printed with my HP inkjet on acrylic paper. The photo was then digitally altered using PSE8 and Pixlr. The canvas itself is still a painted tree covered with tissue paper and waiting my next layer of whatever. lol
