Re: Life drawings... of a new life

Hi Sandra, thanks for your kind words! I do love this little chap and his little features Very very worth drawing, only if he could hold'em still

Hi Bethany, thanks for the nice words. I can see what you are saying. They are good memories to record as sketches.

Hi Carol, thanks a lot! Am glad you like these.

Hi Laurene, thanks a lot! Am glad you like these too. I think these drawings will be preserved a bit better In fact, apart from the fact that they all stay in the closet, my drawings are kept quite safe

Hi Trevor, thanks a lot !

Hi Jonathan, thanks much! Am glad I sketched these, as I look back.

Hi Wyn, thanks for the nice words. Congrats on your upcoming little kiddo grandson. Am sure you won't know what is sky and what is earth when he is born Have fun!

Hi Nathan, mucho thank you!

Hi Kate, thanks! Glad you liked #3. I do hope to draw when possible.

Hi Crafor, thanks a lot for the wishes.

Hi Carol, many thanks! What you say makes sense. I might try drawing from photos , but doesn't have to mean that I stop working off of life, like you say!

Hi Mike, thanks for the encouraging words. I hope I pursue life drawings further when possible.

Hi Kevin, thanks a lot. Am still getting used to being referred to as dad

Kiran congratulations on the new arrival it looks like you have already worked out a strategy to not let your new responsibilities inhibit your desire and drive to draw... and your journals are a treasure

Re: Life drawings... of a new life

Hi Mac, thanks a lot! I don't have a set strategy yet ( the little one is the driver's seat now ), but I can see value in pursuing when possible. The inspiration is there, just the matter of finding the time.

Wonderful record you will treasure all your life and much better to pass something like this on to your child instead of a photo.
