Re: Helpful Tools, Tricks and Techniques
Late comer to this thread but as an ex-goldsmith I thought these might be of interest (apologies to Harold's wallet): tungsten ball burs.

Otto Frei is the name for quality in the industy and these finishing burs have no chatter on metal, don't know about on clayboard. They are finishing ball burs so are smoother. Wish I still had my original set...

BTW, the link in this thread to MicroMark takes you to a page that says it's closed but if you Google MicroMark it takes you to their live page.

Re: Helpful Tools, Tricks and Techniques
How can I fix the white area I already scratched. There are some blemishes I want to cover but don't want to re-ink or re-scratch. Is there a paste or should I use a plaster ?

Re: Helpful Tools, Tricks and Techniques
I'm wondering if one of those polyfiller type products would work? Might pay to try on a test board.

Re: Helpful Tools, Tricks and Techniques
I should have read all these even before I started scratchboards!
Thanks a lot!
