Wip in Progress girl underwater

Hi every one I have only painted a few quick miniatures before so painting this has been quite novel.

Acrylic on Art spectrum pastel board 10cm X10cm.

This is where I'm up to (below) still needs a bit of work. I have wanted to paint kids underwater for ages, so this is a lot of fun and the first of many I hope

The working title is "Bubbles in her mouth"

Thanks for looking

A few weeks ago I painted a leopard in 12*12 cm... quite fun.

Deborah, this is a beautiful painting and thankyou so much for showing it as a WIP. It is great to see how you went about the piece from beginning to end. I can't wait to see your next one.

Val.

Re: Wip in Progress girl underwater

Thanks for the lovely comments, I love seeing other peoples wips it's a good way to learn what to do or what not to do!

I had a lot of fun doing this, although I'm not sure if I can get use to painting miniatures. I keep on getting a shock when I walk into my studio and see how tiny it is!!
