After reading them, please feel free to return to the New User Forum at any time should you need help using any of the features of the site.

* You can find the latest posts of the day by clicking on “new posts”

Sorry to dash your expectations but they let me in here, so prestigious is probably the wrong descriptor. But a bunch of amazing artists lurk around this site and are remarkably generous in sharing their experience. All in all, a pretty remarkable place.

This is a terrific community and a wonderful resource, there are forums for just about every art and craft medium here, here's a full list of the forums.

As you have a passion for watercolors I suggest you check out the Watercolor Forum The links in my signature will help with the forum and give links to lots of demos, articles, videos and free on-line tutorials. If you have a particular site problem, click on my name and send me a private message (pm).

There are many talented and generous artists in the forum who will love to share your art.

Introduce yourself in the "Daily Wash" in the Palette Talk forum - they are a great bunch of folks.

I look forward to seeing some of your work in the Watercolor Gallery, or in the Watercolor Studio if you need advice. Technical questions are asked in the Learning Zone.

There is a thread at to top of the watercolor Gallery showing how to resize and post your pictures.

i m a new member too and love to make frnds. i m an amateur art enthusiast, currently experimenting on acrylics. i luv to give every other medium a try and every form of painting (sketches, abstracts, landscape, everything). i m here to make frnds who cud be my best critics to make me a better artist.

This is a very large site with a lot going on in the forums. Be sure to check out the subject and medium forums as well as some of the special interest forums. There is something here for every artist and all levels of expertise. All are welcome, so don’t be shy about posting or starting threads.

A good place to start your WC! experience is to read some of the articles in the links found in the signature lines of some of the mods and guides - they contain some very useful information which will help you to navigate and participate in WC!
