Lincoln City Seascape

I was taking steps on how to work with the ocean from a area in Lincoln City Oregon. This is a miniature. 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" Acrylic. Still not finished but it is getting closer to finishing. Here are some of the steps.

I goofed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had put two of the images in the wrong place. The images 32 and 33 were put in the wrong place. Owell. Enjoy!! Will keep working on the piece till finished. It takes two people to paint a painting. One to paint it and one to say stop!!!!!!!!!!

A terrific piece, Jim, wonderful colour and movement, and at that size worthy of the word, gem.

Thanks Marti and Diane!

Yes I would love to come to Australia to see some of the great ocean images!! Oregon is great too but each are different. Color etc. Thanks again.
Still working with this piece. More color touches is the last touch I think. Name too!

Thanks for the WIP Jim! I really like the outcome, done or not. Very nice choice of color, and enjoyable with the cascading sets of waves rolling in!

Thanks for sharing your process. This is fantastic work in any size, but especially in miniature.

Ron-
I see you work with sculpters in miniature. You may have noticed the Miniatureart Forum in Yahoo. Check the miniature group. Very nice group of artists.
Thanks again.
